Jingtian & Gongcheng recently announced that Benjamin Choi will join as a Partner at its Hong Kong office, strengthening the Firm’s Intellectual Property practice. 

A distinguished IP lawyer with 25 years of experience, Benjamin brings to the firm deep experience in branding, trademark, design, and copyright registration, as well as prosecution and enforcement, IP portfolio management, and due diligence. His practice spans an extensive array of services including use and registration clearance, advisory and strategic consultation, ownership and registration disputes, negotiation, licensing, co-existence agreements, and addressing disputes and infringement issues.
 

Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Benjamin served as a Consultant with Oldham, Li & Nie, and as the Managing Director of OLN IP Services Ltd. He was previously a Partner at Mayer Brown and Deacons, and has held various roles at Baker McKenzie, Wilkinson & Grist.
