Davis Polk recently welcomed Wendy Kan to its Hong Kong office as a senior counsel.
Wendy focused on Hong Kong's capital markets, healthcare and life sciences, advising clients on listings, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Davis Polk, Wendy practiced at O 'Melveny & Myers in Hong Kong, where she was a senior attorney and a member of the firm's corporate finance and capital markets practice group.
