Clifford Chance has announced that Alex Bidlake, a top M&A partner, will join the Corporate practice group of Clifford Chance Asia Pacific and be based in the Hong Kong office on January 2, 2024.

Alex has over 18 years of experience advising financial investors, private equity and other strategic investors on mergers and acquisitions of listed and unlisted companies in Asia.

Alex has a strong reputation in M&A work for listed companies and is a member of the Takeovers and Mergers Panel and the Takeovers Appeal Panel of the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. She also has extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sector, particularly energy transition projects, having advised on a number of complex and high-profile transactions in the Asia-Pacific region.
