Allen & Overy recently announced that Tiffany Toh has joined the firm as a partner based in its Singapore office. She will officially join in January 2024.

Tiffany Toh is qualified to practice law in Singapore and New York State and has extensive experience in the private equity field. She provides a full range of legal services to private fund sponsors and institutional investors, including capital raising, fund establishment, GP and LP-led secondary market transactions, co-investments, internal arrangements, spin-offs and compliance matters. Her client base covers leading sponsors across a wide range of asset classes, with a particular focus on investment areas such as private equity, venture capital, real estate and credit.
