HSBC plans to expand its U.S. securities research team by adding six new members, Reuters reported.

The six new securities analysts are Steve Barsey, Daniela Bretthauer, Wesley Brooks, Meredith Jensen, Saul Martinez and Alastair Pinder, according to an internal HSBC notice. And they will be responsible for analyzing technology to the consumer sector.
