International law firm Simmons & Simmons has hired Richard Li as a partner in the corporate and commercial team and Head of Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS), Greater China, effective 27 May.

Richard's arrival will significantly enhance the firm’s cross-border M&A and regulatory capabilities in the healthcare and life sciences sector and marks a crucial advancement in the growth of its healthcare and life sciences practice within the Asia Pacific and Greater China region.

Richard will be based in the firm’s Hong Kong office, working across the region. He joins from I-MAB where he was the chief legal officer.
