Simmons & Simmons has welcomed Jeffrey Friedenberg to its Hong Kong office as head of the Private equity practice. He will work closely with Eva Chan and Ivy Yam, partners in the Asset Management and Investment Funds team.

Jeffery has been in the asset management and investment funds business for more than 20 years and is particularly skilled in advising international and regional asset managers, financial institutions, investment advisers, family offices and institutional investors. His practice includes representing private equity managers on fund formation, capital raising, portfolio, fund regulatory compliance, and fund operations.
