BNP has expanded its equities business in the Asia-Pacific region by hiring Lap Liang, a former Credit Suisse executive, as head of strategic equities for the region.

Based in Hong Kong, Liang will work with global banking and wealth management teams in the Asia-Pacific region to help BNP expand its strategic equities business.
