Baker McKenzie's joint venture with KL Partners (" Baker McKenzie KLP JV ") has received official approval from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea and will be officially established in the near future. The associate law firm has more than 20 lawyers and will become the international law firm with the largest number of partners in Korea.

Through Baker McKenzie KLP JV, clients will have access to international and Korean legal support covering key practice areas including energy and infrastructure, cross-border arbitration and litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. At the same time, the associate law firm will further integrate the resources of partners, lawyers and professionals, so as to provide better legal services to clients.
