Hkex's Stock Exchange announced on July 7 the appointment of Virginia LEE, as a new member of the Main Board and GEM Listing Review Committee (collectively referred to as the Listing Review Committee) with immediate effect.

Virginia LEE is a partner at Clifford Chance, where she practices mergers and acquisitions (private and public), acquisitions, initial public offerings, pre-IPO investments, joint ventures and equity financings.
