Global private equity firm Actis has extended its footprint in Asia with an office in Japan and two senior hires, according to an announcement.

Jun Ohashi and Tareg Sirhan have joined the firm as partner and head of Actis Japan, and head of energy for North Asia respectively and will be based in Tokyo.
